Welcome to The Non Salon! We are a small, private studio right in the heart of Nashville TN. The intimate salon setting owned by colorist Karen Percy, feels welcoming and friendly. The core focus of our business is to build trust with every client before evolving their look. It is important for the customer to be heard and understood, and to have a clear objective from beginning to end. Karen is a passionate, experienced stylist who not only loves what she does but has a deep care for her clients. Karen has been in the industry since the late 80’s, has been recognized as one of the top 40 colorist in the U.S by Redken NYC in the early 2000’s and runner up best colorist in Nashville TN. Her love to create and invent spurred another company called The KangaCo. Her first product, The Kanga Belt was launched in 2019. Be looking for many products to come!

Thank you for visiting The Non Salon site. The most recent pandemic has fueled me to push myself out of my comfort zone and to do some things I’ve always wanted to do. I started a YouTube channel: Karen Percy Hair Tips  to create content that gives unique tips that are basic and realistic for the stylist and the consumer.
